I bring extensive training, experience, and understanding to my work with families of autistic children and children with ADHD. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a belief in the unique strengths of every child. I work closely with parents to create realistic, supportive sleep strategies that embrace neurodiversity, reduce stress, and help bring balance back into your life.
