Hey There!
I'm Vicky
I live in Ruislip with my husband, our three wonderful children, and our beloved family dog. My husband and I first met in 2007 while working abroad with children and when we returned home, we decided to settle down and build a life together.

We welcomed our first child in 2011, followed by our second in 2013, and our youngest in 2016. Life as a parent has been incredibly rewarding, but not without its challenges. All three of our children are neurodiverse, each with their own unique strengths and needs. As a family, we’ve navigated high anxiety, disrupted sleep, sensory issues and countless sleepless nights, especially during those early years.

At one point, we were managing a 6 year old who struggled to fall asleep, a 4 year old diagnosed with sleep apnoea, and a baby who required regular night feeds. The sleep apnoea in particular brought many long, restless nights, until our son underwent surgery to remove his tonsils and adenoids, which significantly improved his sleep and overall wellbeing.
Determined to support my children in the best way possible, I immersed myself in learning about neurodiversity, completing courses, attending workshops, and joining parent support groups. This journey has shaped the way we live and parent. We’ve adapted our home environment and communication style to be more neurodiversity friendly, always mindful of sensory sensitivities and emotional needs.
As a family, we enjoy dog walks and day trips out, although these often require careful planning and preparation to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported. We also love spending time with friends and visiting family. When I’m away from my children, I enjoy keeping fit and spending time catching up with friends over dinner.
With the passion I have for sleep I would love to reach families far and wide that are in need of support, bringing balance back into their life. Being a Mum of 3, I understand the demands parenting brings to life and the impact that lack of sleep does to you. This is why I believe in working with you and your family and tailoring the support I give so that it’s the right support for you and your family.
